• The American Public Power Association release 2002 Data on Revenue Per Kilowatt-hour. This was released April of 2004. Click on the following link to look at the Memorandum.  APPA 2002 Data on Revenue per Kilowatt-hour   Please note that the McPherson BPU has the lowest rates among Utilities listed in the state.
